Payment methods

You choose a payment method when you upgrade a workspace to Team or Business.

PayPal

Pay with your PayPal account. Your subscription is charged automatically every month through PayPal. When you change the number of seats, PayPal may ask you to confirm the new amount.

Credit or debit card

You can pay with a credit or debit card. Card payments are processed by PayPal, but you don’t need a PayPal account in the countries where PayPal supports card payments without an account. Like PayPal, card payments are charged automatically every month.

ZeroDesk never sees or stores your full card details.

Crypto (coming soon)

We’re working on crypto payments. They will work differently from PayPal and card payments:

• You top up a prepaid balance in advance.
• Your monthly subscription amount is deducted from that balance each month.
• Nothing is charged automatically; you keep the balance topped up yourself.

PayPal and card payments, in contrast, are charged automatically every month.

Changing your payment method

If you’d like to switch to a different payment method or PayPal account, contact us at info@kotova.io or on Telegram and we will help you switch.
