API access

If you’d like to build your own integration or automate work in your ZeroDesk workspace through an API, please contact our support team at info@kotova.io or on Telegram. Tell us briefly what you’d like to build, and we’ll help you find the right approach.

Importing data

Moving to ZeroDesk from another tool, for example Notion, ClickUp, Jira or a spreadsheet? Contact support at info@kotova.io before you start. We’ll tell you which formats can be imported and help you plan the migration.

To bring in work from GitHub, you can also use the GitHub integration, which syncs issues, pull requests and comments with your Tracker projects.

Exporting your data

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time from the workspace settings:

• Export: export data from your workspace to JSON or CSV.
• Backup: download a backup of your workspace data.
