Plans and pricing
ZeroDesk has three plans. Each plan applies to one workspace, so different workspaces under the same account can be on different plans.

Free
The Free plan is for personal use.
- 1 Free workspace per account
- Only the owner can use it; you can’t invite other people
- 200 MB of storage
Every account can always keep one Free workspace.
Team
The Team plan is for teams of any size. You pay 9.99 € net per seat and month.
- The owner’s seat is the workspace itself. A Team workspace always has at least one seat, the owner’s. A workspace with 3 people therefore needs 3 seats: 3 × 9.99 € = 29.97 € net per month.
- Each seat adds 500 MB of storage to the workspace. With 3 seats, the workspace has 1.5 GB of storage.
- The owner buys seats in advance. To invite someone, the workspace needs a free seat. Invited members never pay anything.
Business
The Business plan is for larger teams and teams with a lot of files. You pay 499 € net per month for one workspace.
- 50 seats included
- 1 TB of storage included
- Each extra seat costs 4.99 € net per month and adds 500 MB of storage
Workspaces and plans
Every account can always keep one Free workspace. Every additional workspace needs the Team or Business plan.
Example: You want a private workspace for yourself and a second workspace that you share with one colleague.
- Keep the private workspace on Free and put the shared workspace on Team with 2 seats: Free + Team × 2 = 19.98 € net per month.
- If your private workspace needs more than 200 MB of storage, put it on Team with 1 seat as well: Team × 1 + Team × 2 = 29.97 € net per month.
What counts as a seat
Every person with an account in the workspace takes a seat, whatever their role:
- Owner
- Maintainer
- Member (User)
- Guest
- DocGuest
Anonymous viewers are free. People who open a public, read-only link without signing in don’t need a seat.

Prices and VAT
All prices are net prices. VAT is added depending on where you are and whether you buy as a business:

To have reverse charge applied, enter your VAT ID in your billing details before you pay.
