What is ZeroDesk?
ZeroDesk is an all-in-one business workspace. Chat, task tracking, documents, files, planning, video meetings, contacts and more live in one place, so your team doesn’t have to switch between a messenger, a task tracker, a wiki and a file share. Everything is connected: you can mention an issue in a chat, turn a document into action items, or attach a file from Drive to a task.
ZeroDesk runs in your browser at app.zerodesk.biz. There is nothing to install or maintain.
Modules
A ZeroDesk workspace is made of modules. You can enable or disable them in your workspace settings, depending on what your team needs.
Communication

- Inbox and notifications - everything that needs your attention in one list
- Office - a virtual office with voice and video meetings, screen sharing and live transcription

- Tracker - projects, issues, sub-issues, milestones, components and templates

Who ZeroDesk is for
ZeroDesk is made for small and medium-sized teams that want one tool instead of many: agencies, software and product teams, consultancies, startups and businesses that manage projects, clients and internal knowledge together. Teams in regulated environments can use the controlled documents, products and trainings modules to run their quality management in the same workspace as their day-to-day work.
You can also use ZeroDesk on your own: every account can keep one free workspace for personal use.
Who runs ZeroDesk
ZeroDesk is operated by Kotova GmbH, Hamburg, Germany. It is a hosted service (SaaS) and your data is hosted in the EU. Self-hosting is not offered.

Plans
ZeroDesk offers three plans:
- Free - one workspace for yourself, with 200 MB of storage.
- Team - 9.99 € net per seat and month, with 500 MB of storage per seat. Invite your team; the workspace owner pays for the seats.
- Business - 499 € net per month for one workspace with 50 seats and 1 TB of storage included.
